Privacy Policy
Version 2026-08
This policy describes how Miranty Homologação collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Data we collect
Registration data (name, email, phone, date of birth), financial data you voluntarily record (investments, income, expenses, assets, loans, goals), and technical access data (IP address, browser agent, session logs) for security purposes.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to provide the contracted service (contract performance), comply with legal and tax obligations (issuing tax invoices when applicable), and to protect the platform's security (legitimate interest).
3. Sharing with third parties
We share billing and invoicing data with our payment and tax-invoicing provider (Asaas) only when you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not sell your personal data.
If you enable the optional "AI Portfolio Analysis" report (under Privacy and data), aggregated data from your investment portfolio (amounts, percentages, and categories — never CPF or other personal documents) is sent to an external Artificial Intelligence provider (Google Gemini and/or Groq) to generate this analysis. This sharing only happens if you explicitly enable the feature, and it can be turned off at any time on the same screen.
4. Retention
Financial data is retained for the period required by Brazilian tax and civil law, even after account closure, since this is a legal obligation that overrides deletion requests.
5. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
At any time, within the platform itself, you may request: confirmation of processing, access to and export of your data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion/anonymization of your account (subject to the legal retention obligations mentioned above).
6. Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact
